Established since 1983, Queen of Sheba is the first restaurant to serve Ethiopian traditional food in Canada. Ethiopian dining becomes a truly different and exciting experience while breaking some Injera and eating from the plate with friends and family. The dishes are characterized by the variety of spices like Berberé, Erd, Mitmita, Cardamom, Garlic, Ginger and more that give them their exotic taste. Vegan dishes are also a staple of Ethiopian cuisine with delicate spice blends and recipes that make it worth giving up meat for. Chef Edmé with her unique style and love for cooking is proud to share Ethiopian culture in the footsteps of the ancient Queen of Sheba. Take-out and Catering also available.
